EyeSellSpecs - Terms & Conditions

1. All items are quoted FOB and/or Ex-Works.
2. Sunglasses will not be shipped until full payment has cleared into the Eyeway (Pty) Ltd bank account.
3. All prices are quoted and payable in South African Rands (ZAR).
4. Prices advertised are fixed and non-negotiable.
5. If you are importing sunglasses from outside of South Africa, you are solely responsible for all freight charges and customs duties.
6. Eyeway does not offer monetary refunds. Only online store credits and product exchanges are permitted, provided the item is returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
8. Returned items must be in the same original condition as received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
9. Due to the nature of our business, sale and/or discounted sunglasses are not eligible for return.

EyeFixSpecs – Terms & Conditions


1. Courier & Shipping
• Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the courier/delivery of their eyewear to and from Eyefixspecs.
• Eyefixspecs does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party couriers or shipping providers.
• Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance for valuable items.


2. Repair Services & Liability
• All repairs are performed with care and expertise; however, Eyefixspecs will not be held responsible for:
• Any existing weaknesses, damage, or defects in frames or lenses that may worsen during the repair process.
• Any incidental damage that may occur despite reasonable care being taken.
• Repairs are carried out at the customer’s own risk.


3. Payments
• Full payment is required upon completion of the repair before the eyewear is released back to the customer.
• Payments are accepted in South African Rands (ZAR) only.


4. Unpaid Repairs
• Customers have 30 days (1 month) from the date of repair completion to settle outstanding payments.
• After three written warnings (via SMS, WhatsApp, or email), unpaid eyewear will become the property of Eyefixspecs.
• Eyefixspecs reserves the right to sell the eyewear to recover the costs of the repair and any related administrative expenses.


5. Returns & Refunds
• As we provide repair services, no cash refunds are offered.
• If you are dissatisfied with the repair, Eyefixspecs may (at its sole discretion) attempt to rectify the issue, provided the eyewear is returned within 7 days of collection.


6. Customer Responsibility
• Customers must provide accurate contact details and respond to communication regarding repairs and payment.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their eyewear is suitable for repair and understand that some frames may not be restorable.


7. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyefixspecs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the repair process or courier transit.
• Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the cost of the repair service charged.


8. Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Any disputes will be handled in South African courts of jurisdiction.
